Do you live on the Fylde Coast? We need your help!

We are looking for people who are or have been affected by cancer to join us in making a difference to cancer support services in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Patient experience matters as much to most patients as clinical effectiveness and safety and good patient experience is linked to improved patient outcomes and so we want to hear about your experiences as a cancer patient.

The first opportunity to get involved is on Tuesday, 22nd September 2015 from 11:30am to 4:15pm

North Promenade Sea Front Hotel, Blackpool*

Places are limited, so please contact us and we will send you an application form.

*Location to be confirmed on invitation.

If you are unable to make the 22nd September we still want to hear from you so we can keep in touch later in the year, so please feel free to get in touch.
